Arcaiva and FreshBooks

Arcaiva or FreshBooks? Start with the service workflow.

Compare the work around customer context, billing documents, receivables, clients, team members, time, and projects. A client allowance is not a user or company allowance, and a service workflow may need a different product.

Define the service workflow

Start with the work the service team must complete: client billing, estimates or proposals, time tracking, projects, project profitability, team access, receivables review, or another specific requirement. Do not choose based on a generic small-business label.

Catalog basis. These guide limits are separate from the upcoming package allowances and are not trial entitlements.

Arcaiva’s public sequence centers on customer context, billing documents, pro formas, receivables review, and company scope. FreshBooks presents time tracking and projects as part of its service-business offering. If time or project work is essential, validate the exact FreshBooks plan and workflow rather than expecting it in Arcaiva.

Separate clients, users, and companies

FreshBooks’ current pricing page says Lite can send invoices to five clients and Plus to 50 clients; those are billable-client limits. They are not Arcaiva user or company allowances. Keep client, team-member, user, company, plan, and add-on terms distinct.

Validate add-ons, support, and migration

Do not promise a FreshBooks add-on, service level, migration outcome, or named integration from a public plan page. Arcaiva likewise does not publish a completed migration service or broadly available integration catalog. Confirm the actual plan, region, data, connection, and support requirement with the relevant vendor.

When each deserves consideration

Consider Arcaiva when the documented customer-to-document-to-receivables sequence is the work that needs review. Consider FreshBooks when its service-business client, time, project, team, or plan-specific functions are essential. The correct decision can be to keep the current system or choose the product that documents the requirement today.
